Orders for in-stock products are generally prepared for shipment within 1–3 business days. Many of our products are handmade or made to order. For made-to-order products, the usual production time is approximately 1–3 business days, unless a different production time is stated on the product page. Please note that production and order-processing time are not included in the estimated shipping times listed below.

Estimated shipping times are calculated from the date the order is handed over to the shipping carrier.

United States and Canada: approximately 6–13 business days
European Union: approximately 6–8 business days
Australia and New Zealand: approximately 6–13 business days
Singapore, Hong Kong, and selected Asian destinations: approximately 7 business days
Other countries: approximately 6–16 business days

Shipping charges may vary depending on the destination, product size, package weight, selected shipping method, and applicable cross-border processing costs. The applicable shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

For certain destinations, we may use Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping. Where applicable, import duties, customs-clearance fees, and related cross-border processing costs may be included in the shipping charge displayed at checkout.

Tracking information will be provided after the order has been completed, packaged, and handed over to the shipping carrier. Tracking updates may take some time to appear after the shipping label is created. International tracking may also pause temporarily while the parcel is in transit between countries or undergoing customs clearance.

Some orders may be shipped in separate packages because of differences in product size, production time, warehouse location, or shipping requirements. If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you may receive separate tracking numbers, and the packages may arrive on different dates.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your shipping information. Once an order has been shipped, we may be unable to change or redirect the delivery address.

Additional shipping or redelivery costs resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.
