Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to correct an address, modify an order, or request cancellation. We will make a reasonable effort to help, but changes or cancellation cannot be guaranteed once processing or production has started, a shipping label has been created, the order has been transferred to a fulfillment location, or it has been handed over to the carrier. Customized or personalized products may no longer be cancellable after production begins.

If a payment attempt shows an error, first check whether you received an order confirmation email containing an order number. A pending bank authorization by itself does not always mean that the order was accepted. If you are unsure, please contact us before trying again so we can check whether an order was created and help you avoid a duplicate payment or duplicate order.

Available payment methods are shown at checkout and may include PayPal and major credit or debit cards processed through authorized third-party payment providers, such as Stripe, PayPal, and other Shopify-supported payment services. Creatfunny does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

Depending on the destination and shipping service, applicable import charges may be collected at checkout and prepaid through a duties-paid service. If no import charges are collected at checkout, the recipient may be responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges assessed by the destination country or local authorities. Any charges collected by Creatfunny will be shown before payment is completed.

Not always. If an order contains multiple items, we may need to divide the order into separate packages because international carriers often have limits on the size, volume, or weight of a single parcel.

Shipping items separately helps each package meet the carrier’s requirements and reduces the risk of damage during transit. As a result, you may receive more than one tracking number, and the packages may arrive on different dates.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees solely because your order is divided into multiple shipments.

Estimated shipping times begin after an order has been handed over to the carrier and do not include production or order-processing time.

United States and Canada: approximately 6-13 business days. European Union: approximately 6-8 business days.
Australia and New Zealand: approximately 6-13 business days. Singapore, Hong Kong, and selected Asian destinations: approximately 7 business days.
Other destinations: approximately 6-16 business days.

These are estimates and may vary because of customs, local delivery conditions, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

In-stock products are generally prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days. Many Creatfunny products are handmade or made to order, and their usual production time is approximately 1-3 business days unless a different timeframe is stated on the product page. Production and order-processing time are separate from the estimated shipping time. Customized products or items prepared at different fulfillment locations may require additional time.

A tracking delay does not automatically mean that a parcel is lost. If the carrier confirms that it is still in transit, additional waiting time may be required. If the carrier confirms that the parcel is lost, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund. Please report a suspected lost parcel within 30 days after the end of the estimated delivery window.

Check the delivery location, mailbox, reception area, and any safe location the carrier may have used. Ask household members, neighbors, building staff, security staff, or reception personnel whether they accepted the parcel. Confirm that the shipping address is correct and contact the local carrier using the tracking number. If the parcel is still missing, contact us promptly. A delivered tracking status does not automatically qualify an order for an immediate refund; we will review carrier records, available proof of delivery, and the circumstances of the shipment.

Customers may be responsible for reshipping costs when a parcel is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, missing apartment number, incorrect postal code, invalid phone number, or refusal of delivery.

Post offices and collection points hold parcels only for the period set by the local carrier. If a parcel is not collected in time, it may be returned to a designated logistics center. If it is returned solely because it was not collected within the holding period, it may qualify for one complimentary reshipment after the parcel has been returned, processed, and the delivery address has been reconfirmed. We cannot arrange reshipment while the original parcel is still being held locally or remains in return transit.

A local carrier may require pickup when it cannot safely access or leave a parcel at the delivery address. This may happen at gated properties, apartment buildings, commercial addresses, locations with access restrictions, addresses without a safe delivery area, or where an animal prevents safe delivery. The parcel may be held at a local post office or collection point. Follow the instructions in the tracking record or pickup notice and bring any identification required by the carrier.

Final delivery is usually completed by a local postal service or courier, such as USPS in the United States, Canada Post in Canada, Australia Post in Australia, or another carrier serving your area. The local carrier controls delivery attempts, safe-drop procedures, pickup requirements, access restrictions, and local holding periods.

International tracking may pause temporarily while a parcel moves between sorting facilities, travels between countries, undergoes customs clearance, or is transferred to a local carrier. A temporary pause does not necessarily mean that the parcel is lost. If tracking has not updated for an extended period or the parcel has passed the estimated delivery window, contact us with your order number.

Tracking information is normally sent after your order has been prepared, packaged, and handed over to the carrier. A tracking number may be created before the first carrier scan appears. Please check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email. If you have not received tracking information after the expected production period, contact us with your order number.

After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and tracking link. You may also use our Order Tracking page. Please allow some time for the carrier's system to display the first update.

Contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery and provide your order number, a description of the issue, clear photographs of the entire product, close-up photographs of the damage or defect, photographs of the outer packaging, a photograph of the shipping label, and photographs of any missing or incorrect parts where applicable.

Keep the product, original packaging, shipping label, and all internal packing materials until the claim has been reviewed. Depending on the circumstances, the solution may include replacement parts, a replacement product, repair, a full or agreed partial refund.

We currently do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

No. Refusing a package does not automatically cancel the order or qualify it for a full refund. If a parcel is refused or returned because of an incorrect address or another customer-related delivery issue, an approved refund may be reduced by the original shipping, return-to-sender, customs, or other non-recoverable carrier costs, where permitted by law.

Authorized returns are normally inspected within approximately 1-3 business days after reaching the designated return location. Approved refunds are generally submitted to the original payment method within 10 business days after inspection. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.

A product is not automatically non-returnable simply because it is made after the order is placed. Standard made-to-order products may still be eligible for return. Personalized products, customized products, and products made with customer-requested modifications or specifications are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns where permitted by law.

We do not process direct product exchanges. To order a different product, size, color, or style, request a return for the original eligible item and place a separate order for the replacement. The new order is a separate transaction and is subject to current availability, pricing, and delivery estimates.

For an approved change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. If the return results from a confirmed Creatfunny error or a damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect product, we may provide a prepaid return method or another appropriate solution.

Email service@creatfunny.com with your order number, the name and email address used for the order, the product you wish to return, and the reason for the return. If the product is damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or materially different from what was ordered, include clear photographs. If the request is approved, we will send the applicable return instructions and return address.

Eligible standard products may be returned within 30 calendar days of delivery. Contact us before sending any item back so we can review the request and provide the correct return address and instructions. Returns sent without authorization or to the address shown on the original shipping label may be delayed, refused, lost, or returned to the sender. Minor variations caused by screen settings, photography, natural materials, fabric texture, handmade production, or reasonable manufacturing tolerances are not automatically considered defects. If your product appears materially different from its description or has a clear quality issue, contact us with photographs so we can review it.

Many Creatfunny products are handmade, assembled in small batches, or prepared after an order is placed. Because of the materials and production methods used, minor differences in color, texture, weave, pattern placement, finish, or dimensions may occur between individual pieces.
