If your order is not updated for long time, please contact us customer service or your local post office to track your parcel if you need.

When you place an order and checkout please make sure that the address you filled in is correct. (about your full address, city, state, and region if applicable). If your order address info is incorrect or would change the address info, please contact our customer support email@example.com within 48 hours.
In some circumstances, the package may have shipped out before we received your request, we may not be able to cancel the order for you. We appreciate your understanding. (Please check your Inbox for email. Check the Spam folder if needed.)
| PROCESSING |
The package will be processed once we receive your order and update the tracking number for you within 1-2 days. (Except holidays), and we will not ship during the holidays. Sometimes, please allow us to ship a few days later due to many orders.
| SHIPPING |
We ship usually takes 6-13 days for delivery to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and all European Union Countries. The delivery is estimated and cannot be guaranteed 100%. Some countries charge import taxes and duties upon reaching customs.
We will mark your order on the package as gift and declare a reasonable low value in order to get through the custom. Usually, our packages will not incur additional taxes (based on your state or region, some states may charge a certain tax to the recipient).
However, if you do get taxed in an unpredictable situation, we are unable to pay for the tax. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer. Creatfunny is not liable to these additional charges once the package is shipped to you.
To avoid being charged unexpectedly, we highly recommend contacting your local customs office for the current duty rates and taxes before placing an order.
DELIVER: Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, the postman may leave a notice card for you and advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.
As the receiver, it will be your sole responsibility to track your order and submit necessary requirements to the customs or courier otherwise if the order has been tagged as return to sender or unsuccessful delivery due to the receiver not being able to follow-up or have not submitted the necessary requirements or notification to the courier, we are not able to process any refund or replacement for free and you may need to place the order again.
