Nothing in this section limits our responsibility to provide products that materially conform to their descriptions.

4. Product Availability and Purchase Limits

Products may be available in limited quantities.

We may limit the quantity of a product purchased by one customer, household, account, payment method, billing address, or shipping address where reasonably necessary to:

Payments made through the Creatfunny website are processed by authorized third-party payment service providers.

Creatfunny does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers.

Once work has begun on a customized or made-to-order item, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Shopify provides the e-commerce platform used to operate the Creatfunny online store.

Purchases made through the Creatfunny store are transactions between the customer and the applicable Creatfunny operating entity, not Shopify.

Shopify is not the manufacturer, seller, fulfillment provider, or customer-support provider for Creatfunny products.

Shopify remains responsible for the platform services and data processing that it independently provides under its own terms and policies.
