HOW TO START A RETURN
We have a 45-day return policy, which means you have 45 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at service@creatfunny.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

1. Sign in to your account: SIGN IN. In the "Email" field, enter your email address, and then click "Continue".
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
3.Click "Request return" for the order that you want to submit the return for.
4. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5.Click "Request return".
6. When we receive your request, we will check the order information and product issues, we will respond to your return instructions after inspection.
7. Ship your package to the designated address provided by the customer support and provide us with the return documents in accordance with our return instructions.
8.When we receive your package and check it, your return is complete.

RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
1. All return requests must be initiated within 45 days your package has been delivered.
2. All items must be returned in their original condition with all tags.
3. For some reason, If you receive a defective product from our website, please must be reported back to us within 48 hours from the time of delivery. Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving it, it is your responsibility to check within the time span and notify us of any problem. Before contacting us, please ensure that the following items are included in your email for quick completion: Order number and use mailbox The image/video of the defective item clearly shows the problem at hand Detailed description of the problems faced by the product Please send the above information to service@creatfunny.com and we will respond to you within 72 hours. For defective items or "Dead on Arrivals" (DOA ), we will resend items and you don't need to pay any fee. we will do WHATEVER it takes to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your purchase.
4. For some reason you are not very satisfied with this purchase, please contact our customer service email service@creatfunny.com. According to the information provided by the customer service, send your items to the address of the instruction, when we receive the package, we will refund the money to the account or credit card with which your payment method. Please note, due to different transportation policies, you need to consult your local transportation department for specific shipping costs. We are unable to provide you with shipping costs for returns. Please understand. If you have other requirements, please contact us as soon as possible.
